1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Livyo (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Livyo provides a property management platform bridging the gap between property owners/managers and tenants. Features include but are not limited to rent collection, maintenance tracking, and lease management.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Property Owners/Managers

• You must assure that you have the legal right to rent out the properties listed on your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of property details, rent amounts, and tenant assignments.
• Livyo acts solely as an intermediary for payment collection and management; we are not a party to any lease agreement between you and the tenant.

3.2 Tenants

• You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding.
• You are responsible for making timely payments. Livyo is not liable for any late fees imposed by the property owner.

4. Payments & Fees

Livyo facilitates payments through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). While the core platform is currently free, standard payment gateway charges may apply and will be transparently displayed before any transaction. We reserve the right to introduce platform fees in the future with prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Livyo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
